5. Reservation can be made for a maximum period of 3days, once time is up, the item will be released for the rest interested.

6. We would kindly stress that all the clothes are 100% brand new and in good condition.

7. The buyer will bear the postage or COD fees. We would not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurred during shipping.

8. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your order. Please email us again if you do not receive our reply within 24 hours.

9. Goods will be mailed the next day after payments is received (with the exception of weekends and public holidays)

10. Advance payment needed for restock items.

11. Kindly make your deposit if you want to reserve the item for more than 3days.

How to shop

Step 1:

Fill in the order form with full details and send to our email.

Step3:

Once the email has received, we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours if the item is on availability and account number will be given.

Step 4:

Please reply to the confirmation email ASAP.

Step 5:

Bank in or transfer the payment to our account (available for CIMB, Hong Leong, and Maybank) within 48 hours after confirmation. Email or text us after payment is made and we will reply within 48 hours to confirm your payment status.

(We would really appreciate of your inform that if the payment is unable to make on time)

Step 6:

Goods will be posted the next day after payments is received (with the exception of weekends and public holidays)
